If I could give zero or negative stars I would. They do not follow the laws regarding medical patients and caregivers. They also will cancel your pay by bank on your caregiver and pretend that is the rules. They only do this so they can charge your caregiver more money than what the order was originally and forces them to pay for your order themselves. They then refuse to give any manager contact information to report and resolve the issues. DO NOT GO HERE THEY SELL THEORY PRODUCTS FOR DOUBLE THE PRICE AND THEY ARE AWFUL AT CUSTOMER SEVICW. No one ever once apologized or empathized. They actually mocked me when I explained the law and how I have reported this very dispensary when it was once Ermont. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is my home base dispensary. Love it here. Only problem is. I need my points fixed. The app needs significant fixes and changes to make it easier for us to use.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m a medical patient and visited Thrive for the very first time yesterday. I was genuinely excited to kick off my Friday by picking up a few goodies—a light order of prerolls and sodas. I also make it a point to tip my budtender well. I usually drop $10 in the tip jar because I appreciate good service. Unfortunately, my experience with Phoebe was anything but welcoming. From the moment I approached the counter, there was no greeting, no welcome, and barely a word spoken to me. I handed her my two IDs directly into her hand, and after checking them, she tossed them onto the counter instead of handing them back to me. There were sighs throughout the transaction, no eye contact, and no effort to make me feel welcome as a first-time customer. What made the experience even more disappointing was watching her warmly greet another customer behind me, who appeared to be a regular. So clearly, warmth and basic customer service were possible—they just weren’t extended to me. Phoebe never reviewed my order with me and ultimately handed me my bag with the same dismissive attitude. What's going on with management? Being a regular customer that has never causes issues with staff.. how is it that a manager not only felt the need to be disrespectful but open his mouth to say that he would call the cops on me. In this age and time when you threaten to call the police with no threat is sickly. FYI, sir! Your supposed to be a part of management but doesn't know how to deescalate a simply situation; makes me worry what if the situation was an real issue how he would respond! Again, never once caused a promblem and I will be speaking with upper management! However, that interaction has left a taste in my mouth about using this venue in the further!! Incident date 9/1/26 at 9am... Just so im transparent this way over an expired id that had not been expired more than a week. When front desk pointed it out I didn't get rude or yell I simply asked for a manager she called him and from the moment he approached me his attitude / tone was off! This was my first time at this place today. I went for a specific product. When I went in today to get some products, the initial experience was great with the lady at the front window, I then encountered another lady who was informative as well. I was sent to order at the kiosk (that’s an additional charge and they should inform you of that) because the order I placed online wasn’t showing up and I was assured I wouldn’t be charged for it. I placed my order at the kiosk and the total was a difference of about $30 more. I expect the difference in fees but needed an itemized receipt to be sure what they were. I stood at the counter just to do the math because the sale had one price but that wasn’t reflected on the receipt for two of the items, so I inquired about it. The person who was waiting on me was very short with me and made comments like “I’m going above and beyond to help you understand” and “well I guess you got a math lesson today”. Really!!! What?!!! I corrected him and let him know that I know math well and was only trying to understand the difference in price that was being reflected if there was a sale, on my receipt.
